到底要如何用所謂的丹田來發音~

我只會用喉嚨講話~ 所以講了兩堂課, 喉嚨就快廢掉了~ 那我禮拜一的瘋狂連續六堂課怎麼辦 XD

該是請麥克風出場的時候了~
