讓FAT32格式超過32G

其實 FAT32 是可以超過32GB的,只是因為WinXP內附的工具沒辦法做這樣的切割(但是其他讀寫功能都正常喔)

所以你需要的是fat32format這個工具(fat32format.exe)

使用方式很簡單,
只要先將你要的硬碟用NTFS切割出來,記得格式化選快速格式化 比較快
(XP底下NTFS可以切超過32G,所以用NTFS)
並給他一個磁碟代號(例如E:)
然後準備好你剛剛抓到的工具,解壓縮放在c:\底下(你可以自由選擇你放置的位置,只要你找的到)
然後開始–>執行–>cmd
cd \ 到我放置的位置c:\
直接打 fat32format e: (請將e:置換成你的目標磁碟代號)
然後選Y就可以囉

我實作的指令如下

fat32

這樣就大功告成囉!

這樣子不管是WinXP/MacOSX/Linux/BSD都ok囉!

  5. I tried to directly format a 40G hard disk into FAT32 format. At beginning, it seems okay. However, when I moved files there more than 32G, it’s file system collaped.

    So, I formated it again, and only installed Win98 and some programs. Not dare to use it to storage files.

  12. 當然啊,
    這是要你先用NTFS格式化之後
    再用DOS
    當你按下Y之後
    你的硬碟就變成FAT32了
    不用再格式化一次(DOS那個就是轉換器)
    請直接檢查一下是不是已經變成Fat32了 :p

  15. 請問有沒有辦法將4G以上的單一檔案傳輸到一個8G/FAT32的隨身碟,因為我有一個播放器只支援FAT32格式,但我的影片是720P超過4G,請美猴王幫忙想想辦法吧,感恩~!!!

    步驟都有照做,我存在桌面上,也有出現上文中的資料,但是格式化後進去看還是NTFS,我的作業系統是XP的

  30. I can turn my 320G hard drive from NTFS to FAT32 ,and I can bring it to any where with PS3 (only accepted FAT32 through USB port), even I do not need edit the HD vedio from SONY vedio cam. thanks a lot
